Manager Consolidation and FP&A
ab sofort, Vollzeit, unbefristet, in unserem zentralen Münchner Büro

Was gibt es zu tun?

• Erstellung, Analyse und Weiterentwicklung der Finanzkonsolidierung inklusive Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen
• Sicherstellung eines konsistenten Group-Reportings und Aufbereitung von Finanz- und Managementberichten zur Steuerung der H&Z Group
• Durchführung von Abweichungs- und Ad-hoc-Analysen sowie Unterstützung bei Investorenreportings
• Aktive Mitarbeit an Business-Planning-, Forecast-, Business-Review-Zyklen und Szenarioanalysen
• Implementierung und Weiterentwicklung geeigneter KPIs und Controlling-Instrumente, inklusive Tracking, Interpretation sowie Ableitung von Chancen und Risiken
• Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung unserer Business Intelligence Lösung
• Mitwirkung bei strategischen Initiativen, insbesondere im Rahmen von M&A-Projekten sowie bei Integrationsprozessen neuer Unternehmen
• Dokumentation, Optimierung und Digitalisierung von Finanzprozessen und Reports
• Zusammenarbeit mit Geschäftsführer:innen innerhalb unserer Group
• Direkte Berichtslinie zu unserem Group CFO
• Nutzung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Konsolidierungs- und Reporting-Tools, insbesondere LucaNet
• Steuerung und Begleitung von Finance-Projekten zur Prozessoptimierung und Systemintegration
• Mitwirkung bei der Definition und Überwachung von Transfer-Price-Agreements

Was bringst du mit?

• Abgeschlossenes Masterstudium im Bereich BWL, Finance, Controlling oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Mindestens 6 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Financial Controlling, FP&A und/oder Konzernkonsolidierung
• Erfahrungen im Geschäftsmodell von Professional Services Unternehmen (Unternehmensberatungen, Steuerberatungen, IT-Beratungen oder vergleichbar) von Vorteil
• Gutes Verständnis für Rechnungslegungsstandards (insb. HGB, IFRS)
• Sicherer Umgang mit LucaNet (Lucanet Zertifizierungen von Vorteil) sowie gängigen Financial Accounting Lösungen (bspw. DATEV)
• Fundierte Kenntnisse in Business Planning, Forecasting, Reporting und Konsolidierung
• Starkes Zahlen- , Daten- und Prozessverständnis sowie hohe analytische Kompetenz
• Erfahrungen in Konzeption, Aufbau und Umgang mit Business Intelligence Lösungen von Vorteil
• Strukturierte, eigenständige und präzise Arbeitsweise, verbunden mit einem hohen Qualitätsanspruch
• Freude am Austausch mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern, Offenheit für Veränderung und Lust, Dinge proaktiv voranzubringen
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Manager Consolidation and FP&A
Starting immediately, full-time, permanent, in our central Munich office

Your mission

• Preparation, analysis, and further development of financial consolidation including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Ensuring consistent group reporting and preparing financial and management reports for steering the H&Z Group
• Carrying out variance and ad-hoc analyses as well as supporting investor reporting
• Active participation in business planning, forecast, business review cycles, and scenario analyses
• Implementation and further development of suitable KPIs and controlling instruments, including tracking, interpretation, and deriving opportunities and risks
• Building and further development of our business intelligence solution
• Participation in strategic initiatives, especially in the context of M&A projects and in integration processes of new companies
• Documentation, optimization, and digitalization of finance processes and reports
• Collaboration with managing directors within our group
• Direct reporting line to our Group CFO
• Use and further development of our consolidation and reporting tools, in particular LucaNet
• Steering and supporting finance projects for process optimization and system integration
• Participation in the definition and monitoring of transfer price agreements

Your profile

• Completed master's degree in business administration, finance, controlling, or a comparable qualification
• At least 6 years of professional experience in financial controlling, FP&A, and/or group consolidation
• Experience with the business model of professional services companies (management consulting, tax advisory, IT consulting, or comparable) is an advantage
• Good understanding of accounting standards (especially HGB, IFRS)
• Confident handling of LucaNet (LucaNet certifications are an advantage) as well as common financial accounting solutions (e.g., DATEV)
• Solid knowledge in business planning, forecasting, reporting, and consolidation
• Strong understanding of numbers, data, and processes, combined with high analytical competence
• Experience in the conception, setup, and use of business intelligence solutions is an advantage
• Structured, independent, and precise way of working, combined with high quality standards
• Enjoyment in exchanging with different stakeholders, openness to change, and eagerness to proactively drive things forward
• Very good German and English skills, spoken and written
• Team spirit, commitment, and an agile, solution-oriented mindset
