A fast-growing AI company is hiring a
Head of Strategic Finance & AI Analytics
to build an AI-native finance function. The business develops cutting-edge AI products and operates across multiple European hubs, with Munich as the primary location for this role.

This position suits someone with strong investment-banking foundations, deep FP&A experience, and a passion for automation, real-time analytics, and next-generation decision intelligence.

What You'll Do

AI-Driven Strategic Finance

  • Build automated forecasting, real-time reporting, and autonomous variance analysis.
  • Develop dynamic, driver-based models powered by live data.
  • Replace manual FP&A with AI-enabled workflows.

Business Partnering

  • Advise the CFO and leadership with fast, data-backed insights.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, GTM, and People on commercial decision-making.
  • Convert complex financial signals into clear, actionable recommendations.

Performance Management

  • Lead the company-wide KPI framework (growth, efficiency, productivity, customer health).
  • Build automated dashboards covering revenue, margins, cost, and cash.
  • Drive monthly performance cycles and prepare board/investor materials.

Build & Scale Finance

  • Define the finance tech stack and automation roadmap.
  • Mentor junior team members in an AI-native way of working.
  • Shape the future global Strategic Finance organisation.

Your Profile

  • Background in investment banking + 5–10 years in FP&A, corporate finance, or high-growth tech.
  • Exceptional modelling skills with a strong automation mindset.
  • Solid understanding of AI/LLMs, analytics platforms, and workflow tools.
  • Thrives in high-velocity, high-ambiguity environments.
  • Influential communicator with strong cross-functional partnership ability.
