Your mission
  • organization and administration of assessment processes:
    • Effective and professional planning and administration of assessment processes.
    • Early planning, organization and commissioning of assessments.
    • Maintenance and administration of the relevant data and documents.
  • customer service:
    • Administrative support for our international Offices and clients.
    • Regular exchange with the assigned auditors.
Your profile
  • Completed commercial training (e.g. office clerk, travel agent, forwarding and logistics services clerk) 
  • Good MS Office skills, ideally also experience with CRM systems
  • Solution-oriented, creative and structured way of working 
  • Enjoy communicating with national and international customers by telephone and finding constructive solutions 
  • Fluent German and good English skills. Additional good knowledge of another language a plus.
