Director Customer Service (m/w/d)

Leiten Sie strategisch und operativ das Customer Service "Frontoffice", fokussieren Sie sich auf exzellente Kundenbindung, professionelle Serviceprozesse und aktive Netzwerkpflege.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Gesamtverantwortung für die Organisation, Führung und strategische Weiterentwicklung der Abteilung Customer Service
  • Gewährleistung einer reibungslosen, effizienten und kundenorientierten Auftragsabwicklung sowie einer proaktiven und zeitnahen Kundenkommunikation
  • Aufbau und Pflege langfristiger Beziehungen zu Schlüsselkunden, Partnern und Einkaufsgruppen
  • Förderung einer positiven, motivierenden und leistungsorientierten Teamkultur durch Coaching, regelmäßige Feedbackgespräche und gezielte Weiterbildungsmaßnahmen
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung kundenorientierter Strategien und Prozesse im Einklang mit den Unternehmenszielen
  • Analyse von Markt- und Servicetrends sowie Ableitung und Umsetzung von Innovations- und Optimierungspotenzialen
  • Einführung moderner Technologien und Automatisierungslösungen zur Steigerung von Effizienz und Servicequalität
  • Definition, Implementierung und Überwachung von Qualitätsstandards, KPIs und Service-Level-Agreements (SLAs)
  • Implementierung von Best Practices zur Erhöhung von Kundenzufriedenheit, Kundenbindung und Prozesseffizienz
  • Kontinuierliche Optimierung der Serviceprozesse zur Sicherstellung einer schnellen und qualitativ hochwertigen Bearbeitung aller Kundenanliegen

Ihr Profil:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Kommunikation, Customer Management oder eines vergleichbaren Studienganges.
  • Erfahrung in der Leitung eines Kundenservice-Teams im B2B-Umfeld.
  • Hohe Führungskompetenz mit der Fähigkeit, Teams zu inspirieren, Potenziale zu fördern und ein positives, leistungsorientiertes Arbeitsumfeld zu schaffen.
  • Umfangreiches Verständnis zu Order to Cash Prozessen.
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Netzwerkfähigkeiten auf allen Ebenen.
  • Hohes Maß an operativem Engagement und Hands-on-Mentalität.
  • Sicheres, repräsentatives Auftreten auf Veranstaltungen und im direkten Kundenkontakt.
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
  • Reisebereitschaft (ca. 20 %).
