Your Role and Responsibilities- First und Second Level Support. Hierzu gehört u.a. Hard- und Software-Support
- Beantwortung von Kundenanfragen via QNAP online Helpdesk
- Meldung neuer Fehler und anderer Probleme im internen Fehlerverfolgungssystem
- Bearbeitung von Tickets in Koordination mit unseren Kunden und auch dem Entwicklungsteam im Hauptquartier Taiwan
- Erster Ansprechpartner für Kundenanfragen aus dem B2B- und B2C-Bereich
- Verständnis für Kundenwünsche und Generierung von Lösungen
- Verwaltung von SI/VAR-Kunden (z.B. Projektunterstützung)
Profile:
- Gute Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Netzwerktechnik und Speicherlösungen
- Idealerweise Erfahrung im Umgang mit der Linux Kommandozeile
- Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
- Sicherer Umgang mit den MS-Office-Anwendungen (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise und kundenorientierte Kommunikation
- Flexible Strukturen und flache Hierarchien
- Eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten vom ersten Tag an
