Trocknerheld ist ein wachsendes Unternehmen, das sich auf die Sanierung von Wasserschäden spezialisiert hat. Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in Berlin suchen wir DICH als HR Operations Specialist (m/w/d), der unsere internen Personalprozesse organisiert, unser Team unterstützt und für einen professionellen, reibungslosen Ablauf im HR-Alltag sorgt.

Deine Aufgaben

  • (Operative) Betreuung unserer Mitarbeitenden – vom Onboarding bis zum Offboarding
  • Erstellung von Arbeitsverträgen, Vertragsänderungen und Bescheinigungen
  • Pflege und Weiterentwicklung unserer Personalakten sowie des HR-Systems
  • Vorbereitung der monatlichen Lohnabrechnung
  • Ansprechpartner/in für Mitarbeitende und Führungskräfte bei HR-relevanten Themen
  • Koordination interner Abläufe, Fristen und Prozesse im Personalbereich
  • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Statistiken, Auswertungen und HR-Reports
  • Mitarbeit an HR-Projekten zur Optimierung unserer Abläufe

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Praktische Erfahrung im HR-Bereich / HR Operations
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Sorgfalt, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Blick für Details
  • Strukturierte, zuverlässige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Serviceorientierung und Freude am Umgang mit Menschen
  • Organisationstalent, Teamgeist und ein souveräner Kommunikationsstil
