Der Senior Project Manager ist verantwortlich für die Planung, Koordination und Durchführung von Entwicklungspaketen.

Verantwortlichkeiten

  • Verantwortliche Koordination, Planung und Durchführung von Entwicklungspaketen mit Schwerpunkt Gw4Bw.
  • Verantwortliche Abbildung und Pflege der Entwicklungspakete in MS Project, MS SharePoint und Atlassian Jira.
  • Verantwortliches Entwicklungspaket-Controlling in Bezug auf Termine, Meilensteine, Anforderungen, Liefereinheiten, Mitwirkungshandlungen und Budget.
  • Verantwortliches Management von Abhängigkeiten, Änderungen, Konfigurationen und Risiken in den Entwicklungspaketen.
  • Verantwortliches Stakeholder-Management sowie Management von Ziel- und Interessenskonflikten.
  • Gremienarbeit, Kommunikation und Berichterstattung.
  • Administrative Tätigkeiten (z.B. Terminkoordination und -Durchführung, Qualitätssicherung, Mitarbeiter On- und Offboarding, Listenpflege und -abgleich).
  • Erstellung von Vorgabedokumenten für die Entwicklungspakete.
  • Unterstützung bei Sonderthemen der Teilprojekt- und Projektleitung.

Must Haves

  • Deutsch C1 nach CEFR.
  • MS-Office Kenntnisse.
  • Erfahrung mit JIRA.
  • MS-Project Erfahrung.
  • Abgeschlossenes IT-Studium oder 6 Jahre Berufserfahrung im IT-Umfeld.
  • 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement.
