• Role Overview

This role supports projects within the Analytics and Simulation (AuS) domain, focusing on the development, rollout, and continuous enhancement of a platform that enables users to access advanced analytics and simulation applications. The Project Manager is responsible for coordinating and delivering subprojects, ensuring that objectives, timelines, and quality standards are met.

• Responsibilities

The Project Manager oversees a broad range of activities within the assigned project scope, including:

Project Coordination & Delivery

• Plan, coordinate, and execute subprojects with a focus on analytics and simulation solutions.
• Maintain and manage project structures in MS Project, SharePoint, and Jira.
• Track progress across milestones, deliverables, requirements, dependencies, and budget.

Project Controlling & Risk Management

• Monitor project timelines, resource utilization, and cost performance.
• Manage dependencies, changes, configurations, and risks within the subproject.
• Ensure compliance with project governance standards and quality requirements.

Stakeholder & Communication Management

• Engage with stakeholders, manage expectations, and mediate conflicting interests.
• Prepare and present project updates, reports, decision papers, and documentation to steering bodies and committees.
• Facilitate transparent communication among all involved parties.

Administrative & Operational Support

• Coordinate meetings, workshops, timelines, and project documentation.
• Support onboarding and offboarding of team members.
• Maintain and verify project lists, registers, and quality-related records.
• Prepare standardized templates and guidelines for project execution.

Additional Support Tasks

• Assist project leadership in special topics, strategic discussions, and cross-departmental initiatives.
• Qualifications

Languages

• German: C1 (CEFR)
• English: sufficient for professional communication (No proof required if German is native.)

Proficiency in the following tools is required:

• MS Word

• MS Project

Education
One Of The Following Is Required

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Information Systems, or a related IT field
• OR a recognized IT vocational qualification
• OR a minimum of 6 years of professional experience in an IT environment
• Professional Experience Requirements

Project Management- Minimum 3 years of experience managing medium-scale and moderately complex IT projects.
- Experience must be continuous, substantial, and clearly demonstrated in CV and project references.
- Project references must include:
