As a Customer Success Manager at Mercanis, your mission is to lead transformative onboarding experiences, turning strategic visions into operational excellence. You will build lasting relationships with industry leaders, manage complex projects with precision, and uncover growth opportunities that deliver measurable impact. Please note this role requires you to have native like fluency (C2) level in German and English.
Your Responsibilities on this role
Onboarding and Implementation: Lead the implementation and onboarding process with the customer, building a lasting business relationship and driving value and digitalisation for their organisation.
Bridge between Strategy and Transformation: Collaborate directly with senior industry executives to translate strategic visions into actionable solutions, working closely with our product and team teams.
Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring world-class execution and governance. Demonstrate exceptional project management skills to handle complex tasks, keep all moving parts aligned and deliver results efficiently.
Customer Loyalty and Growth: Lead the post-sales engagement, retention and growth of your customers, working closely with our Account Executives.
Recognising Opportunities: Identify opportunities, drive business results and ensure client objectives are met.
Success Stories: Turn your customer projects into success stories, coordinating marketing projects with our Marketing & Growth team.
Role requirements
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree from a top university.
Customer-Centric Experience: Proven experience in consulting, customer success, account management, or sales with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
Team Player: Skilled in working collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
Executive Communication: Confident in engaging with senior executives, especially in procurement and related functions.
Digital Transformation Expertise: Prior experience in digitalisation projects or enterprise software implementation.
Language Proficiency: Fluency a native like level (C2) in both written and spoken English and German.
