Was Dich erwartet
  • Analyse von technischen Systemen, der Gebäudetechnik, die Ableitung, Planung und Umsetzung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen unserer Hotels
  • Technische Unterstützung der Maintenance Manager (w/m/d) in den Hotels in Hinblick auf eine bessere Leistung der technischen Anlagen
  • Erstellung von Maßnahmeplänen zur Optimierung des Energieverbrauchs und Ausbau des energieeffizienten Hotelbetriebs
Fachliche Anforderungen
  • Einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Gebäudeautomation
  • Gute Kenntnisse auf dem Gebiet der Energieeffizienz und der neuesten Technologien zur Erzielung von Energieeinsparungen
  • Erfahrung mit der Planung, dem Betrieb und der Instandhaltung von technischen Projekten im Zusammenhang mit allen Installationen in einem Gebäude wie zum Beispiel der:
  • Heizungsanlagen (Heizkessel, Wärmepumpen, Solaranlagen, geothermische Anlagen, KWK.)
  • Sanitäranlagen und Wasseraufbereitung

  • Analysefähigkeit und Entscheidungsfreudigkeit
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
