Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects while ensuring that they meet business objectives, are delivered on time, and remain within budget. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, operations, and senior management, to define project goals, develop comprehensive project plans, and monitor progress throughout the project lifecycle. The role requires strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills to effectively manage resources, timelines, and risks. You will also serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring transparent communication and alignment with business priorities.

As a Project Manager, you will oversee project execution from initiation to completion. Your responsibilities will include creating and maintaining detailed project plans, coordinating team activities, managing budgets, and identifying and mitigating potential risks. You will track progress against milestones, report performance metrics to stakeholders, and ensure that deliverables meet quality standards. Additionally, you will facilitate team meetings, encourage collaboration, and foster a productive work environment. Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar project management role, with a strong record of delivering projects on time and within scope.
  • Expertise in project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and coordinate cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities, capable of anticipating risks and implementing effective mitigation strategies.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello, or similar platforms.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to report effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to develop detailed project plans, allocate resources efficiently, and manage budgets effectively.
  • Experience in monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and using data to drive decision-making.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • PMP, Prince2, or other project management certifications are a plus.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while maintaining focus on project objectives.
