YOUR TASKS

  • Supporting project management in the planning, coordination and implementation of a global business transformation project
  • Assisting in the creation, preparation and follow-up of presentations, reports and decision-making documents, including the analysis and preparation of relevant information and results
  • Supporting the coordination and tracking of project activities, including monitoring deadlines, milestones and resources, as well as communication between various project teams and stakeholders
  • Responsibility for ensuring data hygiene, including the quality and consistency of data, as well as the preparation of reports
  • Responsibility for data storage, including structuring documents and maintaining information resources

YOUR PROFILE

  • Degree in industrial engineering, business administration, business informatics or similar
  • Initial practical experience in consulting, strategy, project management or business transformation is an advantage
  • Very good written and spoken German and English
  • Strong analytical thinking skills and the ability to present complex issues quickly and comprehensibly
  • Confident use of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • High IT/data affinity
  • Strong sense of responsibility and initiative
