Tasks and Qualifications:

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Sie sind verantwortlich für die Koordination und Begleitung von diversen Organisations- und IT-Projekten. Dazu zählen z.B. die Einführung neuer oder die Anpassung bestehender IT-Systeme
  • Sie übernehmen das unternehmensübergreifende Multiprojektmanagement, im Rahmen dessen Sie u.a. verantwortlich sind für das Ressourcenmanagement sowie die Steuerung und das Monitoring der Projektfortschritte und -performance
  • Im Rahmen von Projektmeetings und Lenkungsausschüssen sowie mit Hilfe von Projektreportings sorgen Sie gegenüber internen Stakeholdern jederzeit für Transparenz zum aktuellen Status laufender Projekte
  • In Ihrer Rolle sind Sie außerdem dafür verantwortlich, eingehende Projektanfragen kritisch zu hinterfragen, zu bewerten und strategisch zu priorisieren
  • Dabei wirken Sie mit an der Vereinheitlichung von Projektanträgen sowie am Aufbau und der laufenden Weiterentwicklung strategischer Entscheidungsparameter zur objektiven Bewertung der Dringlichkeit und Wichtigkeit von Projekten
  • Gegenüber anderen Projektmanager:innen auf Fachabteilungsebene fungieren Sie als Sparringspartner:in, Coach und Trainer:in, insbesondere in Hinblick auf PMO-Standards und Best Practices
  • Projektmanagement-Standards, Methoden und Tools werden von Ihnen gepflegt und kontinuierlich weiterentwickelt
  • ​ Die Unterstützung bei der Einführung und Nutzung von Projektmanagement-Software (z. B. MS Project, Jira) liegen ebenso bei Ihnen

Ihr Profil:

  • Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Informatik, Projektmanagement oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Sie können mehrjährige Erfahrung im agilen (Multi)Projektmanagement oder im PMO-Umfeld vorweisen
  • Außerdem verfügen Sie über fundierte Kenntnisse in agilen Projektmanagement-Methoden, bspw. Scrum
  • Projektmanagement- und Collaboration-Tools (MS Project, Jira, Confluence, Power BI, MS Office 365) beherrschen Sie sicher
  • Ihr analytisches und strukturiertes Denkvermögen zeichnet Sie ebenso aus wie ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative, Zuverlässigkeit und Organisationsgeschick
  • Ihnen fällt es leicht, komplexe Sachverhalte zielgruppengerecht aufzubereiten und zu vermitteln
  • Sie arbeiten gerne im Team, sind kommunikativ, belastbar und fühlen sich wohl in einem dynamischen Arbeitsumfeld
