Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Controlling & Contracts Manager to join our team at OHB Systems AG. As a Project Controlling & Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing project finances, monitoring project progress, and managing contracts from initiation to completion. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of our projects and maintaining strong client relationships.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and control project finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines, deliverables, and quality standards
- Lead contract management activities, including contract negotiation, review, and administration
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Prepare project reports and presentations for stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and performance indicators
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and regulatory requirements
- Maintain effective communication with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- Proven experience in project controlling and contract management
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong negotiation and communication abilities
- Proficiency in project management tools and software
Desired Experience:
- Previous experience in the aerospace or defense industry
- Experience working with international clients and suppliers
- Knowledge of legal and regulatory frameworks related to project management and contracts
