Position: Project Manager

Location: Bremen, Germany

Employment Type: Full-Time

We are seeking a Project Manager to be based in our Bremen office, who will play an active role in the end-to-end management of sales- and marketing-oriented projects. This position requires close collaboration with multi-stakeholder and international teams within a globally operating, industry-leading company.

This is a critical role involving close cooperation with both local teams and international stakeholders on projects managed in line with global standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Preferably, minimum 5 years of corporate experience in sales, marketing, customer experience, or project management
  • Advanced written and spoken German.
  • Proven experience working in international and multi-stakeholder project environments
  • Strong communication and coordination skills; ability to collaborate effectively across departments and countries
  • Highly disciplined in time management, prioritization, and planning
  • Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to analyze expectations and develop solutions
  • Proficient in CRM systems, digital marketing tools, and project reporting processes
  • Strong analytical thinking, high attention to detail, and excellent follow-up skills
  • Team-oriented, proactive, responsible, and open to continuous development

Job Description

  • Plan, execute, and close sales and marketing projects in line with global project management methodologies
  • Manage written and verbal communication with international stakeholders in accordance with corporate standards
  • Oversee project scope, timelines, budgets, and delivery processes end-to-end
  • Coordinate proposals, contracts, and project documentation supporting sales processes
  • Ensure effective and sustainable communication between sales, marketing, operations, and technical teams
  • Regularly report on project progress, proactively identify risks, and take necessary corrective actions
  • Contribute to continuous process improvement by monitoring customer satisfaction and service quality
