Key Responsibilities:

  • Based on the VEACT products, you coordinate and control cross-channel marketing campaigns and activities, advise customers & continuously expand the customer relationship in terms of upselling
  • You work on marketing and sales strategies and implement them in a target-oriented way
  • You proactively support clients in the design of campaigns from the existing campaign portfolio but also in the design and implementation of new sales and aftersales campaigns
  • You continuously optimize internal processes and further develop quality assurance measures
  • You maintain and use our CRM system for the provision and documentation of services
  • You ensure a high frequency of contact with our existing international customers (this may also include the necessity of customer visits or customer events with travel and occasional overnight stays)
  • You are responsible for achieving the agreed targets in the markets

Who you are and what you bring:

  • Complete commercial apprenticeship or a comparable course of study
  • Proficient in English (C1 level); fluent in Czech or Slovak; German is a plus
  • Experience in the automotive industry (BMW, JLR) is an advantage
  • Curiosity and openness to new ways of doing things
  • You are self-confident, enjoy actively approaching people and have high social skills
  • You have a structured, independent & solution-oriented way of working with a high level of team & customer orientation
  • You have good knowledge of the current MS Office & are not afraid of new programs
