Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an International Out of Home (OOH) Client Manager based in Munich, with flexibility for remote work. The International Client Manager will be responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with our global clients to ensure their needs are met. They will proactively manage accounts, plan, buy and execute international OOH advertising campaigns on behalf of our growing client portfolio.
Additional responsibilities include collaborating with internal teams to align client objectives, identifying opportunities for service improvement, and developing customized OOH solutions to ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years experience in International OOH
- Account management and client relationship management skills, with a focus on international or cross market experience
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, coupled with the ability to address and resolve client concerns effectively
- Proficiency in business communication practices such as presentations, negotiations, and reporting
- Experience with project coordination, team collaboration, and internal communication tools
- Fluency in German and English is required; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage
- Prior work experience in a client-facing role within the OOH industry is highly benefit
- Ability to adapt and succeed in a hybrid work environment, demonstrating independence and self-motivation
