Ihre Aufgaben

  • Betreuung, Kommunikation und Koordination mit bestehenden und neuen Lieferanten im Bereich Labordiagnostik, inklusive Verhandlungsvorbereitung und Eskalationsmanagement
  • Planung, Umsetzung und Überwachung von Einkaufsprojekten zur Sicherstellung einer effizienten und termingerechten Versorgung
  • Organisation, Moderation und Nachbereitung von Projektmeetings
  • Mitwirkung bei der Entwicklung von Frühwarnsystemen zur Sicherstellung der Lieferfähigkeit und zur Bewertung externer Risiken
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Stakeholdern, umso die Einkaufsstrategie optimal zu unterstützen
  • Key User im Bereich Procurement (D365)

Ihr Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Supply Chain Management, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder eine abgeschlossene technische / kaufmännische Ausbildung mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Procurement oder Projektmanagement, idealerweise in der Labordiagnostik, Medizintechnik oder einem regulierten Umfeld
  • Erfahrung als Key User oder Prozessverantwortlicher in ERP-Systemen, bevorzugt Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Ausgeprägtes analytisch-konzeptionelles Denkvermögen und sehr gute Auffassungsgabe
  • Strukturierte, gewissenhafte und belastbare Arbeitsweise mit einem hohen Qualitäts- und Serviceanspruch
  • Proaktiver, lösungsorientierter und selbstständiger Arbeitsstil; Fähigkeit, mehrere Projekte parallel zu organisieren und zu priorisieren
  • Sicheres Auftreten, Kommunikationsstärke und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Partnern
  • Kenntnisse über die Einkaufsorganisation eines Labors sowie über dort verwendete Produkte, Reagenzien und Verbrauchsmaterialien sind von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse ist Wort und Schrift
