Your mission

Periskop Development GmbH specialises in the creation of construction and planning law and currently manages assets of around 2.2 billion euros in Germany. As the European market leader for sustainable neighbourhood developments, our aim is to create value for investors and society through innovative and responsible investments.
Periskop develops individual solutions and concepts for the projects and for the fund shareholders - usually institutional investors, including many pension funds and pension schemes from Germany - taking into account the respective urban development and landscape planning requirements.
We are looking to strengthen our Investment Management department as soon as possible.

  • Investment acquisition: You will independently review and prepare the purchase and sale of investment opportunities and identify potential investment properties with high value-added potential
  • Network and stakeholder management: You will establish strategic relationships with property owners, developers, brokers and potential investors and maintain these relationships on an ongoing basis to ensure successful transactions
  • Transaction management: You will conduct complex negotiations for acquisition and sale processes as well as property purchases and accompany these until their successful completion
  •  Analysis and evaluation: You will prepare well-founded location and feasibility analyses as well as detailed investment calculations and independently evaluate the potential of land development projects
  • Investment documentation: You will prepare professional investment memoranda as decision-making templates for investment committees and present them convincingly to management
  • Due diligence management: You will carry out comprehensive due diligence processes, manage and coordinate them, and select, coordinate and monitor external service providers for technical, legal and tax property inspections
Your profile
  • You have a degree in business administration, real estate management or a comparable degree.
  •  You have in-depth and comprehensive experience in transactions and investment management with a focus on  project and land development.
  • You have sound knowledge of financial modelling and can independently evaluate investment projects.
  • You have a solid understanding of the steps involved in obtaining planning permission.
  • You are an independent, precise and performance-oriented individual with strong communication, assertiveness and presentation skills.
  • You impress with your drive, ability to get things done, entrepreneurial thinking and keen sense for opportunities.
  • You are professional, friendly and reliable in your dealings with business partners and colleagues.
  • You have excellent German and good English skills.
  • Knowledge of ESG criteria and sustainable investment strategies is an advantage.
