Deine Aufgaben:
Du vertrittst LANDs Vision und stärkst unser Markenbild im deutschen Raum.
Du führst, motivierst und entwickelst das Team mit Empathie und Klarheit.
Du betreust Kund*innen und Behörden souverän und auf Augenhöhe.
Du trägst Verantwortung für Kosten, Qualität und Ergebnisse des Teams.
Du sorgst für effizientes Projektmanagement im Bereich Landschaftsarchitektur und Stadtentwicklung – von der Planung bis zur Umsetzung.
Das bringst du mit:
Nachgewiesene Führungskompetenz und unternehmerisches Denken.
Kommunikations- und Koordinationsstärke – intern wie extern.
Eigeninitiative, Entscheidungsfreude und Organisationsgeschick.
Freude an Netzwerken, Verantwortung und Gestaltungsspielraum.
Mindestens 10 Jahre Berufserfahrung
Exzellente Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
