Aufgaben
Als Head of Customer Value Management steigern Sie mit Ihrem Team den Wert des Kundenbestands in unseren Discount-Mobilfunkmarken durch die Steuerung des Tarifwechselgeschäfts und der Durchführung von Kampagnen in Push- und Pull-Kanälen. An der Schnittstelle von Customer Management / CRM, Produktmanagement, Marketing und Customer Operations treiben Sie den Auf- und Ausbau des Geschäftsbereichs.

  • Sie bringen viel Erfahrung mit in der Konzeption, Durchführung und Performance-Steuerung von Vertriebsmaßnahmen in Online- und Call-Center-Kanälen
  • Die datenbasierte Bestandskundenvermarktung und das Kundenwertmanagement im B2C-Massenmarkt / E-Commerce ist Ihre Stärke
  • Sie sind analytisch getrieben und haben bewiesen, dass Sie vertriebliche Potenziale aufspüren und mit dem gezielten Einsatz gängiger Kampagnenmanagement- und Decisioning-Systeme heben können
  • Sie berichten dem Top-Management über Ihre vertriebliche Performance und die Fortschritte beim Aufbau der Organisation
  • Sie sind sattelfest in der in der Erstellung von Business Cases auf Basis von Produkt-/Tarifkalkulationen

Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium, z. B. in BWL, Sozialwissenschaften, Psychologie oder andere Studiengänge mit Schwerpunkt Marketing oder Marketingmanagement
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als CRM- oder Marketingmanager/-in, idealerweise in leitender Funktion, mit Track Record im Auf- und Ausbau komplexer Cross-/Upselling-Geschäftsmodelle
  • Idealerweise Branchenkenntnisse in Telekommunikation oder Energieversorgung
  • Souveräner Auftritt, Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit auf allen Ebenen der Organisation (in deutscher Sprache)
