In your future area of responsibility

  • Increasing the efficiency of the production of disposables within the division
  • Optimization in terms of quality, OTD, inventory and productivity
  • Management of production transfers within the division
  • Introduction of further Lean measures in the daily business

and you bring the following profile with you?

  • Technical degree
  • Professional and managerial experience in production in a clean room environment with Injection molding and assembly of medical consumables
  • Successful use of modern leadership methods such as Lean/Value Stream
  • Passion and leadership - also in interdisciplinary cooperation
