We welcome an exceptional leader ready to build and expand our consulting business in Germany : 
As Head of Consulting, you will shape and execute our strategic vision, lead high-impact transformation programs, and cultivate trusted, long-term client relationships across industries. You'll oversee a diverse team of consultants and partner with senior stakeholders to deliver innovative, data- and AI-driven sustainable solutions. 

Key Responsibilities

•    Define and implement the consulting strategy for the German market, aligned with global objectives.

•    Promote offerings such as:
-    Unlock the value of Data & AI 
-    Drive business transformation 
-    Maximize the potential of platforms and hyperscalers 

•    Drive business development, including pipeline growth, proposal leadership, and client acquisition.

•    Lead client engagements across our four core competencies areas:
-    Digital Strategy, Insight & Experience 
-    Digital Process Automation & Excellence 
-    Digital Technology Strategy & Innovation 
-    Digital Organizational Change Management  

•    Support the verticalization of industries through strong industries expertise.

•    Lead client engagements across digital transformation, operational excellence, and strategic advisory.

•    Build and manage a high-performing consulting team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.

•    Deploy an AI driven approach in Consulting team

•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions across technology and business domains.    

•    Speak at industry forums, conferences, and client events; serve as a thought leader in the German market.

We are looking for a transformation-driven leader, combining creativity, flexibility, and top-tier consulting expertise with decisive decision-making. We expect our new colleague to demonstrate exceptional communication skills, customer focus, stakeholder management, diplomacy in complex organizations, and strong financial acumen—empowering growth, trust, and the realization of the company's vision.

The ideal candidate will also bring: 

•    Strong track record in managing large-scale transformation programs and consulting P&L.

•    Deep understanding of the German market and client landscape.

•    Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.

•    Fluency in German and English.

•    Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and impact.
