As an Implementation Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring customers successfully onboard, embrace change, and achieve the value we promise. You will act as a trusted product expert, clearly communicating best practices and guiding customers through our standard processes—even when change feels challenging.
A major measure of success will be your ability to drive smooth, structured implementations. You will create clear project plans, keep all stakeholders aligned, and proactively identify risks to keep timelines on track. When needed, you will escalate issues early and constructively to ensure projects stay healthy.
At the end of each implementation, your customers should be actively using the platform, realizing value, and ready for a seamless handoff to our Customer Success team.
As we grow, you will also help improve our processes by spotting bottlenecks and sharing insights with Product, CSM, Marketing, and internal sponsors—strengthening our feedback loop and helping the whole company learn and evolve.

Our productLuminovo is the first all-in-one supply chain platform built specifically for the electronics industry. Whether it's an OEM designing or procuring electronics in-house or an EMS, with a procurement and sales team – our platform helps them control their complete electronics supply chain.

Customer Success Managers like Inès, David, and Márton.
Act as a confident subject matter expert, communicating clearly and precisely to help customers understand and successfully apply our solution.
Guide customers through change, especially when they resist standard processes—demonstrating the value of our approach and helping them adopt new ways of working.
Ensure successful go-lives and handoffs by enabling customers to use the platform effectively and realize the value we promised, setting them up for a smooth transition to the Customer Success team.
Drive overall project success & health by owning structured, realistic project plans where every stakeholder knows what needs to happen and when.
Identify risks early and escalate effectively, presenting issues factually and proposing solutions to keep the project on track.
Continuously improve our implementation process by spotting bottlenecks and opportunities to streamline how we work.
Establish a strong feedback loop by sharing insights, improvements, and tools with the Product team, CSM, Marketing, and internal sponsors—ensuring the entire organization benefits from your learnings.
We don't need you to be an expert in the electronics industry today. But you have to be willing to dive into it to understand our potential customers' unique situations and how our software tools can create value for them.
Language requirementsYou'll mainly work with German-speaking and English-speaking customers from various territories. Being fluent in German and English is therefore a must for this role. Any other language is, of course, a big plus.
