Field Sales Manager (m/w/d) – Payment

Dank einfacher Bedienbarkeit, widerstandsfähigem Design und der Akzeptanz der gängigsten Zahlungsmittel holen unsere Kunden zuverlässig das Beste aus ihrem Geschäft heraus.

Unsere Mission ist klar: Bargeldlose Zahlungen einfach möglich machen, damit sich unsere Kunden auf ihr Business konzentrieren können.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Direktvertrieb von Kartenterminals und der dazugehörigen Akzeptanz (z.B. Mastercard und VISA) im stationären Einzelhandel und E-Commerce
  • Eigenständige Neukundengewinnung im KMU-Segment durch Bearbeitung warmer Leads und Kaltakquise
  • Kontinuierlicher Ausbau des Kundenstammes und der Kundenkontakte
  • Auftragsbearbeitung und Angebotserstellung unter Einhaltung der vorgegebenen Verkaufsprozesse
  • Dokumentation der relevanten Kunden Daten im CRM Programm

Was Sie mitbringen sollten:

  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Direktvertrieb (Neukundengeschäft und Kaltakquise)
  • Fähigkeit, eigenständig Leads zu generieren und Verkaufsziele zu erreichen, Verhandlungsgeschick, Erfahrung in Einwandbehandlung, Resilienz und Frustrationstoleranz bei Ablehnung durch Kunden
  • Fähigkeit, Markt- und Kundenbedürfnisse schnell zu erkennen und Lösungen anzubieten, Unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln, Abschlussorientierung und Eigeninitiative, Kommunikationsstärke und Kundenorientierung im persönlichen Dialog vor Ort
  • Flexibilität und Reisebereitschaft innerhalb Deutschlands. Führerschein der Klasse B
  • Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch
