Overseas PV Module Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets in assigned territories(European、Asia&Pacific、MENA 、South America)
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, installers, EPC contractors, and end-users.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay informed about competitor activities.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits and features of our solar solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage the sales process from initial contact through to close.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns and promotional materials.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with all local regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience in solar sales, with at least 2 years in an overseas market.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of the solar industry, including PV technology and market trends.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to travel internationally up to 50% of the time.
  • Fluency in English and proficiency in another language relevant to the target market.
