The sheer volume of calls forces to rely on low-quality outsourced call centers or have their internal teams waste hours on repetitive calls.With telli, our customers now rely on AI voice agents that handle their repetitive calls, freeing human to focus on what matters - talking to customers when it counts. The result: higher efficiency, happier teams, and better customer experiences.Legacy phone systems weren't designed for an AI-first world. That is why we are building the first AI-native phone system that lets companies manage both their human and AI teams on one platform.Our founding team knows this problem inside-out. We ran a 150-person internal call center at Enpal. We know how difficult and expensive it is to scale high-quality customer experience with phone calls.The opportunity is massive and we're just getting started. We're on a mission to let every company provide a world-class customer experience by ending the era of low-quality call centers.what you'll do:play a significant part in creating telli's gtm engine to help 10x telli's revenue over the next yeartake full ownership of key growth channels and optimize themdiscover and experiment with new growth initiatives and marketsbuild and manage own relationships with customersdrive the complete sales cycle: generating, qualifying and closing customers end-to-end (how much sales you do is for you to decide)be part of building out the founding growth teambuild processes with an AI automation-first approachwhat makes you a great fit:you have experience in building or scaling companies either in a startup environment or in own projects (ideally in a growth setting)you have strong customer empathy and business sense to understand problems, pain points and needs of different companiesyou have experience in and enthusiastic about leading initiatives end-to-endyou're are hands-on and not afraid of doing unglamorous workyou love solving problems and figuring things out on your ownyou're a strong communicator in both English and Germanyou want to work with smart and friendly people with (self-reported) low egoyou want to work on-site 5 days a week in Berlinyou may not make a good fit if…you need detailed instructions and shy away from taking responsibilityyou lack experience with automation/AI tools or basic technical understandingyou're only interested in high-level "strategic" workyou don't enjoy direct customer interaction or thriving in dynamic environmentsyou prefer working remotelyyou prefer working with minimal collaborationyou avoid hands-on, practical workyou want to work a 9-5 job
