Co-Founder & CTO – FinTech / Algorithmic Trading Platform

Berlin / Remote | Equity Only at Early Stage | FinTech · AI · HFT

GoFlow is a fast-growing fintech startup focused on building a high-performance algorithmic trading platform.

Our mission is to democratize professional trading technology, bringing ultra-fast and precise trading tools to retail traders and investors worldwide.

We are looking for a Co-Founder & CTO with a strong technical background and entrepreneurial mindset to build the platform's core infrastructure from the ground up.

Responsibilities

Design and develop the backend architecture and low-latency trading infrastructure

Build and optimize integrations with brokers and exchanges (APIs, FIX, WebSocket)

Ensure the platform's speed, security, and scalability

Lead and grow the technical team as the company scales

Requirements

5+ years of hands-on experience in software development and systems architecture

Strong proficiency in Python or C++ (preferably both)

Proven experience in HFT, Algo Trading, or FinTech infrastructure

Deep understanding of financial markets and trading systems

Ability to take ownership and build products from zero to production

Startup mentality, problem-solving mindset, and clear communication
