Bei Bridgemaker bauen wir aktuell mit einem globalen Marktführer für Security Technology ein neues Venture auf.

Unsere Mission: Wir lösen das größte Vertrauensproblem im B2B-Handel.

Das Produkt: Wir entwickeln die Plattform für digitale Unternehmensidentitäten der Zukunft. Durch die intelligente Nutzung von Open Banking Daten verkürzen wir Onboarding-Prozesse von Wochen auf Sekunden – und eliminieren dabei Betrugsrisiken.

Deine Rolle: Wir befinden uns aktuell in der Validierungs- und Aufbauphase. Jetzt suchen wir das Gründungsteam, das dieses Venture aus der Inkubation in ein skalierbares, eigenständiges Unternehmen verwandelt. Du steigst nicht nur ein, du gründest mit.

Du startest dabei nicht bei Null. Wir haben:
* Validierung: Proof of Concept (PoC) steht, Marktnachfrage ist durch Ad-Tests und Experteninterviews bestätigt.
* Technologie: High-Fidelity Prototyp und Architektur-Blaupause auf Basis von PSD2/PSD3 sind vorhanden.
* Backing: Zugang zu Banken-Netzwerken und regulatorischem Know-how durch unseren Partner.
* Ownership: Signifikante Anteile (Majorität beim Gründerteam), um das Unternehmen für externe VCs investierbar zu machen.

Anforderungen
  • Track Record: Du hast bereits gegründet oder warst in leitender Funktion (C-Level/VP) in einem FinTech/SaaS Startup (Early Stage).
  • Commercial Drive: Du weißt, wie man Investoren überzeugt und erste B2B-Kunden gewinnt.
  • Netzwerk: Starkes Netzwerk im Bereich FinTech, Banking oder zu VCs.
  • Mindset: Du brennst für Open Finance, Digital Identity und B2B Efficiency.
  • Rahmenbedingungen: Fließendes Deutsch & Englisch, Reisebereitschaft (für Investor-Roadshows & Partner-Meetings), Standort: Deutschlandweit (Remote-First möglich).
Aufgabenbereich
  • Fundraising: Du sicherst zusammen mit uns die Pre-Seed/Seed Finanzierung von externen VCs.
  • Go-to-Market: Du führst das Produkt vom MVP zum Market-Fit, fokussiert auf den SME-Markt und B2B-Plattformen.
  • Team Building: Du rekrutierst dein Kernteam (z.B. CTO, Sales).
  • Vision & Strategy: Du entwickelst das Venture zur führenden Trust-Infrastructure für den europäischen B2B-Handel.
