Position : Project Manager
Type : Full-time/%40 Remote

This role supports projects within the Analytics and Simulation (AuS) domain, focusing on the development, rollout, and continuous enhancement of a platform that enables users to access advanced analytics and simulation applications. The Project Manager is responsible for coordinating and delivering subprojects, ensuring that objectives, timelines, and quality standards are met.

The Project Manager oversees a broad range of activities within the assigned project scope, including:
Project Coordination & Delivery
Plan, coordinate, and execute subprojects with a focus on analytics and simulation solutions.
Maintain and manage project structures in MS Project, SharePoint, and Jira.
Project Controlling & Risk Management
Monitor project timelines, resource utilization, and cost performance.
Ensure compliance with project governance standards and quality requirements.
Stakeholder & Communication Management
Prepare and present project updates, reports, decision papers, and documentation to steering bodies and committees.
Administrative & Operational Support
Coordinate meetings, workshops, timelines, and project documentation.
Support onboarding and offboarding of team members.
Maintain and verify project lists, registers, and quality-related records.
Prepare standardized templates and guidelines for project execution.
Additional Support Tasks
~ Assist project leadership in special topics, strategic discussions, and cross-departmental initiatives.


German: C1 (CEFR)
~ English: sufficient for professional communication
~(No proof required if German is native.)

MS Excel
MS PowerPoint
MS Project
Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Information Systems, or a related IT field
OR a recognized IT vocational qualification
OR a minimum of 6 years of professional experience in an IT environment

Project Management
Minimum 3 years of experience managing medium-scale and moderately complex IT projects.
Experience must be continuous, substantial, and clearly demonstrated in CV and project references.
