Praktikum im Investment Team

Private Equity/Turnaround in Berlin

Aufgaben

  • Unterstützung unseres Teams bei der Auswahl und Bewertung von Investitionsmöglichkeiten und Bearbeitung des Deal Flows
  • Mitarbeit bei der Bewertung von Unternehmen und Vorbereitung von Investitionsanträgen
  • Aufbereitung von Businessplänen (GuV, Bilanz, Cashflow)
  • Erstellung von Wettbewerbsanalysen durch Marktrecherche und Auswertung von Geschäftsmodellen
  • Begleitung beim Verkauf von Portfolio-Unternehmen (Exit)
  • Erarbeitung und Umsetzung von Restrukturierungskonzepten – nach Möglichkeit auch in den Portfolio-Unternehmen vor Ort

Ihr Profil

  • Fortgeschrittenes Bachelorstudium mit Bezug zu Wirtschaftswissenschaften (BWL, VWL, Wirtschaftsingenieur) oder weiterführendes Studium (Master, MBA)
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich Kapitalmärkte, M&A und Finanzierung
  • Erste relevante Berufserfahrung im Rahmen von Praktika bei führenden Investmentbanken, Private Equity Fonds und/oder Unternehmensberatungen
  • Sehr gute bis gute Studienergebnisse
  • Ausgeprägtes analytisches und unternehmerisches Denkvermögen
  • Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft und Flexibilität
  • Die Fähigkeit, strukturiert zu arbeiten und zielorientiert zu handeln
  • Durchsetzungsvermögen sowie ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse
