Our client, a leading PE fund investing in enterprise SaaS looking for strong additions to their team on Senior Analyst level.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed financial modeling, valuation analyses, and commercial due-diligence on software and technology targets.
  • Source, screen, and evaluate investment opportunities across the DACH software landscape, providing data-driven insights to senior leadership.
  • Support deal execution end-to-end, including drafting investment memos, coordinating with advisors, and participating in negotiation processes.
  • Track portfolio company performance, prepare KPI reports, and collaborate with management teams to drive operational and strategic improvements.

Qualifications

  • 1–3+ years of experience in Private Equity, Investment Banking, Transaction Services, or a similar analytical role, ideally within the software sector.
  • Strong financial modeling skills with deep understanding of SaaS metrics, recurring-revenue models, and valuation methodologies.
  • Native or fluent German skills (C1/C2) and excellent English communication.
  • Self-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in fast-paced, deal-oriented environments with multiple stakeholders.
