The Role

As an Entrepreneur in Residence Intern at Consultport, you'll work side-to-side with the founders on high-impact projects, and learn what it means to build a successful company.

You'll take on a diverse role with tasks from different areas including Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, HR, and Management. At the same time, you'll develop a broad and deep understanding of the Consulting market. It is a great opportunity for ambitious young professionals who want to experience a wide range of business functions.

Tasks
  • Growth Strategy: Work on business-critical projects, and expand Consultport into new markets
  • Venture Excellence: Identify business and revenue opportunities, and work on their execution together with other team members
  • Sales Operations: Optimize sales strategies, processes, and tools to drive efficiency
  • Special projects: Act as "firefighter", addressing urgent challenges daily
Requirements

Your Mindset

  • You are proactive. You will often not know a solution right away, but that doesn't block you. Instead, you take initiative, explore different approaches, and find the answers.
  • You want to have a real impact. Your work directly influences the success of our business. You will not be a cog in a machine, but a key player in Consultport.
  • You take full ownership. You do not shy away from responsibility and are eager to tackle challenging projects.
  • You are quantitatively minded. You love numbers, from KPI tracking to data enrichment.
  • You are a quick learner. You quickly grasp new concepts and can learn independently with little guidance.

Your Profile

  • About to graduate from a top university in business, economics, or enginnering
  • Can complete a university-accredited internship (i.e. you are requeired to compete an internship as part of your studies OR you can recieve university credit)
  • Strong academic performance (consistently ranked in the top 10% of your class
  • Previous experience in a high-performance environment (consulting, sales, or startups).
  • Strong skills in Excel and basic coding knowledge are a big plus.
  • Fluency in English is a must. Fluency in German is a plus.
