We are accompanying tens of thousands of international students and skilled workers on their entire journey from study preparation and visa application to arriving and living in Germany.
Your role
- Own the full commercial partner funnel, including recruitment, activation, performance optimization and ROI measurement across the group
- Identify and prioritise new strategic commercial opportunities throughout the customer journey
- Help productise successful experiments into core parts of our business model
- Manage and grow existing partnerships, ensuring continued revenue growth and strong relationships
- Work with cross-functional teams to design, launch, and evaluate revenue growth experiments
- Collaborate with the Data team to ensure reliable tracking and compliance across all markets
- Build scalable playbook for partner onboarding, activation, and revenue optimization
- Monitor performance, report results, and optimise based on insights
Your profile
- You have min 5 years experience in business development, growth, or commercial strategy (bonus: experience at a startup, Fintech or helping internationals move to Germany)
- Experience working with commercial partners across multiple regions and adapting strategies to regional dynamics
- You combine strategic thinking with a hands-on approach to execution
- Confident working with data and experimentation to validate hypotheses and guide decisions
- Have proven experience driving revenue growth through partnerships and new business models
- Excel at stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
- You possess excellent oral and written communication skills in English
