Job Description

In your new role you will:

  • Support the design and deployment of global partner enablement programs across training/certification, pricing, tools, and materials to ensure smooth onboarding, communication, and success for Infineon's distribution ecosystem
  • Develop and maintain global training and certification content and enablement frameworks , coordinate with DPMs (partner managers) to identify partner needs and execution gaps and Academy to continuously develop the platform and process
  • Support rollout of enablement tools (channel mgmt., CRM platforms, pricing software, onboarding portal, etc.)
  • Create and/or harmonize on pricing/bonus enablement programs globally
  • Harmonize material hardware programs globally (e.g., stock rotation, scrap allowance, etc.)
  • Maintain overview of and manage enablement KPIs and feedback mechanisms

Your Profile

As a Partners' Enablement Manager, you tackle change actively to reach your ambitious goals. Furthermore, You encourage others to explore their limits and take new paths. Lastly, you accept responsibility for common goals and put the team's results above your own interests.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

  • At least 5 years of experience in distribution pricing, training, finance or other roles
  • Statistical & financial analysis skills
  • Skills in creating impactful content and onboarding programs
  • Experience working across global/regional teams
  • Problem solving skills
  • Fluent communication with strong project coordination skills
  • Fluency in English , German is a plus
