The Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Office and Workplace Experience Partner (m/f/d) to join the People team. In this role, you will play a key role in ensuring seamless office operations and fostering a great employee experience.

In your day to day work you will handle tasks such as managing incoming and outgoing mail, maintaining office organisation, coordinating onboarding and events, and ensuring employee celebrations are memorable.

  • Manage the company events calendar, ensuring timely coordination and smooth execution of all activities
  • Oversee the employee onboarding process, ensuring a positive and seamless experience for new hires
  • Handle office management duties, including maintaining supplies and ensuring a well-organised, efficient office environment
  • Coordinate office events to foster team cohesion and enhance morale
  • Serve as the primary point for any facility-related issues or communications
  • Develop and implement initiatives aimed at boosting employee engagement and creating a positive workplace culture
Your Profile
  • Proven experience in office management and/or people operations
  • Exceptional organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the discretion and professionalism to manage sensitive interactions
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experienced with calendar and scheduling tools
  • Demonstrated experience in coordinating travel and logistics for senior executives
  • Fluency in both German and English, with excellent communication skills in both languages
  • A passion for fostering a vibrant and inclusive company culture, with a proactive approach to employee engagement and workplace experience
