We are looking for a motivated **Senior Talent Acquisition Partner (M/F/d)** to join our team. In this role you'll lead and optimise our recruitment efforts, ensuring the acquisition of top-tier talent to drive our company’s growth and success.

- Develop and execute strategic talent acquisition plans to meet current and future hiring needs.
- Own the company ATS and the hiring process end-to-end
- Enhance employer branding and leverage data-driven insights to optimize hiring processes
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent
- Develop and implement strategic recruiting strategies to meet organizational goals
- Partner with leadership to align hiring needs with business objectives
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and networking
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and recruitment best practices.

**Your Profile**:

- Proven experience in talent acquisition (4+ years)
- Strong expertise in sourcing strategies, ATS tools, and recruitment metrics
- Excellent communication & stakeholder management
- Fluent in both English & German
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
- Expertise in sourcing strategies, market mapping, and talent pipeline development
- Solid understanding of labour legislation and compliance
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities
