Die Position ist am Standort in Köln in der Abteilung Technology zu besetzen.

Dein Verantwortungsbereich
In deiner Rolle als (Senior) R&D Project Leader leitest und koordinierst Du R&D-Projekte vom Konzept bis zum Abschluß. Weitere Aufgaben sind:

  • Verwaltung von Projektzeitplänen, Budgets und Ressourcen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Wissenschaftlern und Ingenieuren, um Innovationen voranzutreiben
  • Innovationsförderung durch die Leitung funktionsübergreifender Forschungsteams zur Entwicklung, Validierung und Bereitstellung neuer Technologien oder Produkte im Einklang mit strategischen Unternehmenszielen
  • Planung, Durchführung und Abschluss größerer R&D-Projekte, einschließlich Tests und Fehleranalysen
  • Leitung von Qualifizierungsmaßnahmen für HV- und EHV-AC/DC-Kabelsysteme und Zubehör
  • Mitarbeit bei der Festlegung von strategischen Entwicklungszielen und der Durchführung von strategischen Entwicklungsprojekten
  • Überprüfung des Entwicklungsziels auf Übereinstimmung mit nationalen und internationalen Normen (technische Spezifikationen)
  • Erstellung des Designentwurfs in Zusammenarbeit mit Engineering, Prüfung und Produktion an allen NKT-Standorten; Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Teams und Prüflaboren bei der Systementwicklung

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Masterstudium in den Bereichen Elektrotechnik, Maschinenbau, Physik
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Funktion als Projektingenieur oder R&D-Ingenieur auf dem Gebiet der Hochspannungstechnik
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, MS Project, Prüfstandsausrüstungen, vorzugsweise Datenanalyse- und Simulationswerkzeuge
  • Ausgeprägtes analytische, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Denkweise
  • Funktionsübergreifende Teamarbeit
  • Reisebereitschaft innerhalb Europas
  • Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie Verhandlungsgeschick und s ehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
