HR Project Professional

The target of the role is to successfully support and deliver global projects, especially with a focus on talent development, reporting and analytics.
Responsibilities- Support the end-to-end execution of global HR projects such as Budgeting, learning & development programs, Analytics, and other special projects
- Define project scope, goals, timelines, budgets, and success metrics in alignment with global HR and business strategy
- Support the global roll-out of HR systems, employee development tools, and digital learning initiatives (e.g., LMS implementation, e-learning content deployment)
- Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to develop and deliver global HR projects
- Manage projects related to organizational effectiveness, culture transformation, change readiness, and team capability building
- Support the global implementation of performance management frameworks and feedback tools
- Collaborate with regional HRBPs, business leaders, and COEs to ensure alignment and adoption of HR initiatives
- Lead communication and change management strategies to promote engagement and long-term impact of programs
- Track and report project KPIs and learning impact metrics to ensure continuous improvement
- Conduct post-implementation reviews to evaluate outcomes and recommend enhancements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (required)
- 2+ years of project management experience in HR or a related function
- Experience supporting complex, multi-country HR initiatives
- First experience with HR technology implementations (e.g., Workday, Oracle, SAP)
- Experience working in a global matrixed organization
- Project management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Ability to work effectively across cultures and time zones
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Asana)
