Team Leader Project Management Development Advisory Region West (m/w/d)
Ihre Aufgaben

  • Potentialanalysen zu Baurechtschaffung sowie Nutzungs- und Revitalisierungskonzepten
  • Begleiten und Mitgestalten von Projekten ab der Initiierungsphase
  • Federführendes Leiten der Projektphasen (Planung, Vergabe, Ausführung und Übergabe) als verantwortlicher Projektsteuerer und Bauherrenvertreter
  • Nachverfolgen von Kosten- und Terminzielen, Sicherstellen der erforderlichen Qualitäten
  • Führung und Leitung eines Teams
  • Pflegen von Kontakten zu Investoren, Eigentümern und Nutzern

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium als Architekt (m/w/d) oder Bauingenieur (w/m)
  • Mind. 10+ Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Planung / Baurechtschaffung, im Bau- und Projektmanagement und/oder der Projektentwicklung
  • Eine herausragende Führungspersönlichkeit mit exzellenten Fähigkeiten im Personalmanagement und Coaching
  • Fundierte Erfahrung in der Organisation, Vorbereitung und Abwicklung von Bauprojekten diverser Nutzungsklassen
  • Gute Kenntnisse in den bestehenden Verordnungen (HOAI, VOB) und Normen (DIN)
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Einsatz von Software zur Kosten- und Terminsteuerung, wie beispielsweise MS Project
  • Sehr gute deutsche und englische Sprachkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Ausgeprägtes Maß an Eigeninitiative und Qualitätsbewusstsein
  • Ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie Dienstleistungsorientierung
