Als Technologietreiber für IT-Lösungen unterstützen wir Kreditinstitute bei der Weiterentwicklung ihrer Finanzdienstleistungen – und die öffentliche Verwaltung bei der Digitalisierung ihrer Prozesse.

Aufgaben
  • End-to-End Verantwortung für strategische und kritische Transformationsprojekte
  • Koordination und fachliche Führung interdisziplinärer Projektteams
  • Planung, Monitoring und Controlling von Projektfortschritten inklusive Risikomanagement
  • Abstimmung mit Product-Ownern, Entwicklungsteams und Stakeholdern
  • Reporting des Projektstatus und Weiterentwicklung von Methoden und Best Practices
Qualifikation
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung, Studium oder vergleichbare Erfahrung im Finanzsektor und/oder IT
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Project Lead (Applications, IT-Infrastructure, Kartenumfeld), idealerweise zertifiziert (z.B. PMP, Prince2, Scrum)
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse klassischer und agiler Softwareentwicklungsprozesse sowie Projektmanagement-Tools
  • Ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
