Zur Unterstützung der Wachstumsstrategie suchen wir Sie innerhalb Deutschlands in einer Hybrid-Funktion als Head of Data Analytics and Data Operations (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Die Gesamtverantwortung für die strategische Weiterentwicklung der Abteilung Data Analytics liegt in Ihren Händen, inklusive der Strukturierung von Prozessen und des zukunftsorientierten Ausbaus des Bereichs
  • Als Führungskraft entwickeln Sie ein wachsendes Analytics-Team weiter, fördern individuelle Stärken, bauen Kompetenzen aus und sorgen für eine klare Rollen- und Aufgabenverteilung
  • Auch die Definition von Zielen, KPIs und Prioritäten im Bereich Data Analytics gehört zu Ihrem Verantwortungsbereich, wobei Sie sicherstellen, dass alle Projekte messbaren Mehrwert für das Unternehmen und seine Kunden liefern
  • Darüber hinaus gestalten und optimieren Sie Prozesse, die eine effiziente Datennutzung, hohe Datenqualität und eine verlässliche Bereitstellung über sämtliche Geschäftsbereiche hinweg gewährleisten
  • Ihre fachliche Expertise bringen Sie in den Bereichen Data Analytics, Data Management und Visualisierung ein und unterstützen Ihr Team bei der Anwendung moderner Tools, Methoden und Technologien
  • In enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsführung, der Produktentwicklung und weiteren Fachabteilungen fördern Sie datenbasierte Entscheidungsprozesse und setzen strategische Impulse

Ihr Profil:

  • Ein abgeschlossenes Studium in einem relevanten Fachbereich, beispielsweise Wirtschaftsinformatik, Data Science, Statistik oder Betriebswirtschaftslehre
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Data Analytics, idealerweise in einer leitenden Position
  • Nachweisbare Erfahrung im Aufbau, in der Führung und in der Weiterentwicklung von Teams
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in gängigen Tools und Methoden der Datenanalyse (wie Python, R, SQL oder KNIME) sowie Sicherheit im Umgang mit Visualisierungstools (z. B. Tableau, Power BI oder Qlik) 
  • Ein tiefes Verständnis für Datenbanken und ETL-Prozesse gehört ebenfalls zu Ihrem Profil
  • Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte strategisch einzuordnen und verständlich zu kommunizieren
  • Eine ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität mit der Kompetenz, auf strategischer Ebene zu agieren
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, mindestens auf B2-Niveau
