Your Role

As Head of Operations, you will be responsible for streamlining and optimizing business processes, ensuring efficiency and growth within our studio. You will work closely with leadership to develop operational strategies and drive key projects forward.



Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily business operations and ensure smooth workflows.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to support company growth.
  • Lead cross-functional projects to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and resource planning.
  • Identify and mitigate operational risks.
  • Act as a key point of contact between different departments.
  • Creation and management of convertible loan agreements.


Requirements
  • Extensive experience in operations management, ideally in a startup, gaming, or tech environment
  • Strong leadership and project management skills
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a hands-on mentality
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Onsite position
