What you'll do & Who you areWhat you'll doYou'll lead our newly formed in-house Creative Studio, overseeing the strategic vision, team operations, and creative output that fuels 's brand and marketing ecosystem. This is a pivotal leadership role focused on building a best-in-class, high-performing, and scalable in-house studio that delivers exceptional creative across all channels.
You'll oversee a multidisciplinary team of strategists, copywriters, designers, freelancers, and key external partners, acting as the bridge between business stakeholders and the creative function. Your focus will span strategic direction, creative quality, operational excellence, and measurable impact.
Key ResponsibilitiesReport directly to the CMO and contribute as a key member of the Marketing Leadership Team
Define and lead the vision, culture, and structure of our in-house Creative Studio
Act as a strategic partner to marketing, product, brand, and growth teams, translating business goals into creative strategies and campaigns
Oversee the end-to-end production of social media creative, ensuring platform-specific best practices across all channels
Build, inspire, and mentor a multidisciplinary team of creatives
Establish agile processes and workflows that make content production faster, smarter, and more collaborative
Drive innovation by introducing AI-assisted tools and modular content systems
Ensure consistent brand quality across all creative output - from large-scale campaigns to social content and product messaging
Manage budgets and resources strategically, balancing in-house capacity with agency/freelance partnerships
Foster a test-and-learn culture where feedback, data, and experimentation drive continuous improvement
Proven experience +8 years leading a creative or content production team (in-house or agency)
Strong track record in scaling content output, improving processes, and delivering measurable impact
Strategic thinker with hands-on understanding of creative production
Demonstrated experience managing social media creative production, with a deep understanding of current trends, formats, and audience engagement strategies
Strong leadership and coaching skills - able to inspire, challenge, and grow a team.
Comfortable with agile workflows and project management tools
Passion for new technologies, with practical experience applying AI tools in content workflows a plus
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at senior level
Professional business English competency, German language skills a plus
