Junior Graphic Designer
 with a strong eye for layouts, branding, and social media content creation. You will support our teams by developing visually compelling assets that communicate ideas clearly, elevate our brand presence, and engage audiences across digital platforms. Responsibilities:

·       Create digital visuals, layouts, and graphics for social media, presentations, and websites.

·       Design creative concepts and visual solutions that support project narratives. 

·       Prepare visual assets for posts, reels, stories, and campaigns across multiple social media channels.

·       Assist senior designers and art directors with design tasks, research, and mood boards.

·       Contribute to internal and client-facing presentations with clean, well-organized graphic layouts.

·       Adapt existing visual styles to maintain consistency across platforms and deliverables.

·       Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas for digital communication and content strategies.

·       Support the refinement of design workflows, asset libraries, and visual standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

·       Excellent in quick free-hand sketching to communicate ideas.

·       Working knowledge and classroom experience in the practice of concept design in the location-based experience field.

·       Strong portfolio showcasing digital layouts, social media designs, and branding work.

·       Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); as well as Powerpoint and Keynote.

·       Strong understanding of layout principles, typography, color, and digital storytelling.

·       Familiarity with social media formats, trends, and best practices across platforms.

·       Ability to interpret and execute creative direction with accuracy and attention to detail.

·       Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

·       Strong communication and collaboration skills.

·       A genuine desire to learn, grow, and contribute creatively to a multidisciplinary team.

·       Professional-level German and English language skills required.

·       Degree in Graphic Design, Communication Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred, but not required.
