Role Overview
As the Head of Brand, you will elevate Chrono24's global presence by driving measurable brand impact across markets. You will be responsible for increasing awareness, consideration, and customer acquisition through innovative brand initiatives, partnerships, sponsorships, and consumer PR. Beyond defining the brand strategy, you'll ensure it translates into clear deliverables that move the business forward. Working closely with the Head of Brand Engagement, the Head of Marketing, and regional General Managers across APAC, EMEA, and the US, you will ensure a consistent and compelling brand experience worldwide
What You Can Expect
- Drive measurable brand growth through initiatives that increase awareness, consideration, and new customer acquisition.
- Develop and execute Chrono24's global brand strategy, focusing on impact-driven deliverables and tangible outcomes.
- Lead product branding initiatives that strengthen the connection between product experience and brand perception.
- Oversee consumer PR — both organic and paid — leveraging data-driven storytelling to secure visibility and credibility in key watch media and lifestyle outlets.
- Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships and sponsorships that drive awareness and customer growth.
- Collaborate with the Head of Brand Engagement to align campaigns, content, and activations with overall brand objectives.
- Partner with regional General Managers (APAC, EMEA, US) to adapt and scale brand activities for local relevance and impact.
- Lead a team of brand and creative professionals, fostering innovation and accountability for measurable results.
- Ensure all brand activities reflect Chrono24's premium positioning and global ambition.

- High Affinity for Luxury Watches: Deep understanding of the luxury watch industry, including market dynamics, key audiences, and watch media.
- Impact Orientation: Proven ability to translate brand strategy into measurable outcomes such as awareness, engagement, and acquisition growth.
- PR & Partnerships Expertise: Experience leading consumer PR (organic and paid) and managing sponsorships and collaborations that deliver clear, measurable value.
- Product Branding: Skilled in connecting product experiences to brand perception through clear positioning and storytelling.
- Creative Excellence: Strong track record in developing campaigns that elevate brand visibility and desirability.
- Leadership: Experience building, mentoring, and motivating teams to deliver results across multiple markets.
- Global Perspective: Skilled in adapting brand strategies across regions and managing international stakeholders.
- Background: Solid foundation in brand management, communications, or creative strategy within premium, luxury, or lifestyle brands.
