A-TEAM bietet dir diese spannende Karrierechance als Product Manager (m/w/d) bei Samsung Electronics, dem Global Player für Smartphones, Tablets & Co., in Eschborn. Die Position ist ab sofort für 1,5 Jahre zu besetzen.



Deine Aufgaben
  • Du entwickelst und optimierst digitale Services für die Webseite
  • Du konzipierst Promotions- und Aktivierungsmaßnahmen und erstellst Business Cases
  • Du überwachst die Performance anhand definierter KPIs wie Umsatz, Attachment Rates und NPS
  • Du definierst Benchmarks und analysierst Markttrends für alle Produktkategorien 
  • Du wertest Nutzerfeedbacks und UX- Analysen aus und arbeitest eng mit dem Insights-Team zusammen
  • Du erstellst Reportings für das lokale und globale Top-Management


Dein Profil
  • Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt BWL, Wirtschaftsinformatik, IT, Medien- und Kommunikationswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Data Science / Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung z.B. zum Kaufmann im E-Commerce (m/w/d), zur Kauffrau für Marketingkommunikation (m/w/d)
  • Du bringst Erfahrung als Product Owner oder als Digital Marketing Manager mit, idealerweise im E-Commerce oder D2C-Umfeld
  • Du hast einen klaren Fokus auf User Experience und ein Gespür für kundenorientierte digitale Lösungen
  • Du begeisterst dich für digitale Trends und Innovationen, insbesondere im Bereich Digital Services und Online Business
  • Du bringst gute Erfahrungen im Umgang mit Projektmanagement- und Ticketing Tools (z.B. Jira / Confluence)
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
