**Your tasks**: - You will lead the Global Demand Management Department for Technical Service with focus on Service Development Engineering, Service Introduction and Lifecycle Management, Sales and Operations Planning and Service Offer Support / Solution Design. - More precisely, you will lead a team of Service Development Engineers who are responsible for the introduction and lifecycle management of customer-oriented and innovative service concepts for our technical service products - It is your responsibility to lead our team of Service Solution Designers to support our Sales team best during our service offer process for customized technical service products - You will furthermore steer the global "Sales and Operations Planning" for technical services as central function for capacity and capability planning - You will ensure the continuous improvement and further development of the related service demand processes and roles - Your responsibilities will include to be main interface between Sales and Business divisions on the one hand and our service operations team on the other hand **Exciting insights into Rohde & Schwarz**: Our colleagues provide insider information about: - Daily adventures and challenges - Our passionate team - The technologies behind the innovative projects and solutions **Your qualifications**: - Degree in engineering, business administration, business informatics or a comparable field of study - Leadership experience with international teams and strong experience in global service organisations (Matrix) - Experience in solution design for services and its implementation into the service organisation. - Knowledge of relevant servicability requirements and innovative service concepts - Experience with S&OP processes and planning cycles. - Good knowledge on performance metrics in demand management and project management methods (e.g. Earned Value Management) - Business mindset, able to identify customer need and proactively build efficient service solutions - Strategic foresight and international mindset - Very good written and spoken German and English skills and willingness for travel (occasional) - Reference numbe: 7549 - Recruiting Contact: Mr. Richard Jelend- Rohde & Schwarz is a global technology company with approximately 14,000 employees and three divisions: Test & Measurement, Technology Systems and Networks & Cybersecurity.
