**Your tasks**: - You will lead the Global Demand Management Department with focus on Contract Management, Sales and Operations Planning as well as Service Offer Management and Service Project Management - More precisely, you will lead our Competence Center for Service Contract Management including the operative contract management at our Headquarters as well as the global governance for service contract processes - It is your responsibility to lead our team of Service Project Leader to support the development of service products and ensure service-readiness for new service products - You will furthermore support our service offer process and ensure coordinate the flow-down of contractual deliverables into our worldwide service operations team - Additionally you are responsible for the steering of the global "Sales and Operations Planning" for support services as central tool for capacity and capability planning - You / your team act as interface between Sales and Business on the one hand and our service operations team on the other hand - Your responsibilities will include the continuous improvement and further development of the related service demand processes and roles **Exciting insights into Rohde & Schwarz**: Our colleagues provide insider information about: - Daily adventures and challenges - Our passionate team - The technologies behind the innovative projects and solutions **Your qualifications**: - Degree in engineering, business administration, business informatics or a comparable field of study - Leadership experience with international teams and strong experience in global service organisations (Matrix) - Strong background in service contract management (operative and conceptual) - Experience in solution design for services and its implementation into the service organisation - Knowledge of offer/bid processes for services and the cascading of customers' requirements into the service organisation - Experience with S&OP processes and planning cycles - Good knowledge on performance metrics in demand management and project management methods (e.g. Earned Value Management) - Business mindset, able to identify customer need and proactively build efficient service solutions - Strategic foresight and international mindset - Very good written and spoken German and English skills and willingness for travel (occasional) - Reference numbe: 7436 - Recruiting Contact: Mr. Richard Jelend- Rohde & Schwarz is a global technology company with approximately 14,000 employees and three divisions: Test & Measurement, Technology Systems and Networks & Cybersecurity.
