We are looking for a M365 User Adoption Specialist / Change Management Practitioner - based in Munich.

**The Impact You Will Have**
As part of the Change Management team you will be directly involved in driving end user adoption of workplace services within AGCS. We are looking for someone who is passionate about driving and developing end user relevant training and change interventions at AGCS.

**Some of your specific responsibilities could include**
- Own and develop change management deliverables such as adoption and change of approach and plan for the respective project incorporating the communication and engagement plan, change impact assessments, benefits and measures identification according to the stakeholder needs
- Execute training needs assessments, training concept, training consulting and delivery of change as part of global offer and dedicated roll-outs
- Develop state of the art eLearning, training materials and use cases
- Deliver trainings to the business in a customer-oriented way and according to the AGCS methods and standards by building on a detailed practical knowledge of the system and / or processes in place
- Own and develop effective adoption and change reinforcement and transition plans to embed new ways of working and transition to operations teams post go-live.
- Proactively lead and collaborate with programme sponsors and senior stakeholders within the business to ensure shared ownership for the delivery of programme outcomes
- Build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation to raise their awareness and understanding of the change, manage expectations about what the change will and won't deliver, and to win their support and active participation where required in the delivery of change and adoption activities.
- Prepare people for the change, to minimise its impact on individuals and the business, and to enable the organisation to realise expected benefits.
- Drive Expert communities through regular exchanges, learning and best practices
- Manage change and adoption related risk, and overcome issues that prevent the project, team, or the change, from being successful.
- Remain up to date and compliant with all relevant legislation, organisational procedures, policies, and professional codes of conduct to uphold standards of best practice.

**What You’ll Bring to the Role**
- Sufficient experience or a professional qualification regarding training and change management e.g. PROSCI
- Profound and accurate IT knowledge key focus on Microsoft products - experienced M365 practitioner
- Experience with development and delivery of training solutions in multinational companies
- Experience, knowledge and understanding of delivering change successfully into a large and complex organisation
- Experience of designing and delivering engaging and impactful communications and training across a wide range of channels
- Proven knowledge and understanding of customer relationship management
- Ability to challenge existing practices and identify innovative solutions
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to successfully influence and persuade other and negotiate effective business solutions
- Ability to set clear objectives, deliver to set timescales and review and measure the effectiveness of delivery.
- Considerable ability to work effectively with individuals, teams, and various units within the organization, including management
- Efficient time management skills, must be flexible and demonstrate the ability to change course quickly as needed
- Ability to effectively manage various priorities
- Fluent in English, German - any other languages are a plus
